Cast from work, not followers
Every shoot here has a date, a place and a name behind it. Post an Open Call, fill the roles, or take one, with people whose work you can see before you commit.

Roles
Membership is reviewed by hand. Leave your email and where your work lives: that is what we look at. Answered within 24 to 48 hours.
Casting online rewards whoever posts most. CALLSHEET has nowhere to post: the only surface is a board of dated shoots that need people.
Nothing on the platform can be gamed by posting more often. There is nothing to post to.
A date, a city, the roles, and what each one pays. If a shoot cannot be described that way, it is not a shoot yet.
We open the Instagram and the portfolio of every application. The club is the privacy layer.
Date, city, the roles they need, moodboard, and whether it is paid, expenses covered, or TFP. It comes off the board on its own once the day passes.
Organizers can also invite someone directly. Either way the other person decides.
Phone and email stay hidden until both sides have said yes. Then you coordinate the shoot directly, off the platform.
Both sides record whether it happened. That record is what a profile is worth here.
Twelve crafts, and you can list more than one. A retoucher who also shoots is found under both.
You work under your own name.
A label or house casting for its own shoots.
You represent other creatives.
A space or collective producing shoots.

Phone and email unlock only once you and someone else have accepted each other on a shoot. Work stays open: the portfolio and the Instagram are there from the first look, because you cannot judge someone you are not allowed to see.
