CALLSHEET
Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
1. Who can use CALLSHEET
CALLSHEET is a private network for working creative professionals aged 18 or over. Membership is granted at our discretion after a manual review of your Instagram and portfolio, and can be withdrawn if the Community Guidelines are breached.
2. Your account
One account per person, in the name you work under. You are responsible for what is posted from it. Brands, agencies and studios may hold an account and must say so; the person operating it is bound by these terms.
3. Real productions only
Open Calls must describe real, scheduled shoots. Fictitious calls, soliciting outside the stated purpose, requesting payment from members, or using the platform to harass, defraud or harvest personal data is prohibited and ends the account.
4. Contact details
Contact details unlock only when two members have accepted each other on a specific shoot, and are shared to coordinate that shoot alone. They must not be redistributed or reused. Either party can revoke access to their own details at any time.
5. What you upload
You keep the rights to the images you upload, and you confirm you are entitled to publish them, including having the agreement of anyone recognisable in them. You grant CALLSHEET a limited licence to display them inside the product for the purpose of running it. We remove content on a valid rights complaint.
6. Off the platform
Once contact is unlocked you coordinate directly. Agreements about fees, usage rights, travel and conditions are between you and the other members. CALLSHEET is not a party to them and does not employ, represent or insure anyone.
7. Suspension and removal
We may restrict or remove an account that breaches these terms or puts members at risk. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We keep a record of moderation decisions, which is how we stay consistent and how we answer a dispute.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Write to hello@callsheet.now with any question about them.
