Delete your account

From the app

Open CALLSHEET, go to You → Settings → Delete my account. It asks once to confirm, then removes the account immediately. No email, no waiting.

What is deleted

Your profile and photos, the Open Calls you posted, your applications and invitations, your messages in crew rooms, your saved talents, your shoot confirmations, your notifications and your devices’ push tokens. It cannot be undone.

What remains, and for how long

Nothing that identifies you stays in the product. Database backups are kept off-site on a 90-day rolling basis and image backups for 30 days, both only to restore service after an incident, and both overwritten in turn. Server logs rotate continuously and are kept only as long as they are useful to operate the service. Moderation records — a report you filed, or a decision made about an account — are kept longer, because a decision nobody can re-read is a decision nobody can defend.

If you cannot open the app

Write to hello@callsheet.now from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We action it within 30 days, and normally within a few days.
